Taking Food + Wine Businesses from Table to Timeline
I partner with wine + food businesses to create clear, commercially minded content that supports real business goals, without the overhead of a full-time hire.
Good Life Digital provides marketing support for wine, food, and hospitality brands looking to connect with customers online.
Founded by digital marketing consultant Molly Shibley, the business helps wineries, wine importers, retailers, restaurants, pubs, bakeries, and other food brands build stronger digital presences through thoughtful storytelling and strategic marketing.
Services include website development, content creation, social media strategy, and email marketing designed specifically for the wine, food, and hospitality industries.
Content Creator
Good Life Éire
Running my own content accounts is not separate from my client work. It is what makes it better. @GoodLifeÉire gives me an active testing environment for content formats, platform trends, and audience behaviour across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and YouTube.
It also means I am available as a collaborator and creator, not just a consultant, for businesses that want to reach a warm, engaged audience in the Irish and immigrant lifestyle space.

HOW I WORK
I’m not an agency, and I’m not junior support. I work as a plug-in senior resource, collaborating closely with founders or lean teams who want clarity without complication.
My approach is strategic but practical, brand-led but commercially grounded, and always collaborative and transparent.
Relevant Experience
Prior to working freelance, I supported content and communications at Cassidy Wines, working within a fast-moving, agency-like design and production environment.
The role sharpened my understanding of where clarity matters most, how content supports sales, and how brand voice translates at scale, experiences I now bring into my freelance work, along with a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines.
Prior to this, I worked across marketing and communications projects with a strong focus on events, partnerships, and customer-facing activations, supporting brands in creating cohesive messaging across in-person experiences and digital channels. This background continues to inform how I approach storytelling, audience engagement, and brand presence today.
